What is sexuality to me?

My sexuality begins where fear ends. It is a space where I feel completely safe—both within my own body and in my connection with another person. It is a place where my vulnerability is not a weakness, but an authentic strength. I see it as my private sanctuary of absolute freedom, untethered from societal expectations or the voice of any inner critic. I also recognize that my sexuality and my creativity flow from the same source; it is the very fuel that drives me to act and create.

I believe that the body is a map of our experiences, and that conscious touch and breathing are the most effective tools for releasing blocked emotions and returning to a state of full vitality.
My path is a constant search for a balance between structure and fluidity. During my sessions and workshops, I create a safe space where you can encounter your authenticity, transcend limitations, and discover your dormant potential. My approach is based on the belief that authentic transformation occurs when we allow the body to tell its story.
I am a certified teacher of Tantra Kriya Yoga and Yoga Nidra, professionally associated with the Yoga Center in Krakow. I am also a certified Craniosacral Therapist.
I deepened my tantric knowledge under the guidance of world-class teachers at renowned schools such as Path of Transformation (John Hawken and Freya Wolna), True Tantra (Ananda Rudra), Native (Shachar Caspi), and Ipsalu Tantra International. In Krakow, I co-create a development space as an event organizer and animator of regular Tantric Temples and dedicated Women Only Spaces.

What is sexuality to me?

Sexuality for me is life force energy — being turned on by life itself. It is the power to create and design our lives with integrity, emotional and erotic intelligence. It is our divine magnetism, our attractiveness, our aliveness. When we embody it consciously, we become deeply connected, authentic, and attracted to life itself.

Tantra facilitator, intimacy coach, and creator of Tantra Applied™ , approaches that integrate tantra, somatic work, and erotic intelligence into practical tools for real-life intimacy and relationships. Since 2019, she has worked with hundreds of clients internationally, leading workshops, retreats, and transformational group experiences focused on embodiment, boundaries, polarity, and conscious sexuality. She is bringing tantric spaces to Costa del Sol (Málaga, Spain), where she has built a local community through her events and the Tantra Málaga community. Ania is also co-founder of Tantra Sailing Experiences, facilitating retreats worldwide. Her work bridges spirituality with nervous system awareness and grounded psychological understanding, creating brave and safe spaces for authentic expression and connection.

What is sexuality to me?

Sexuality, for me, is life energy — the same current that moves through a run in the forest, a song that opens your chest, a spontaneous moment of authentic connection. It’s one dimension of being fully alive in the body. My work with breathwork is rooted in that: when the body opens, everything flows more freely. That’s what I’m here to explore — together

I’m a certified Biodynamic Breathwork & Trauma Release System (BBTRS) practitioner based in southern Poland, working with breath, mindfulness and movement to bring more flow, ease and vitality to the body. I’ve been practising BBTRS since 2018. Releasing tension and holding patterns opens space for life energy to move more freely — and that shift can be felt on every level: physical, emotional, creative, erotic. At lovemakingfest, this work is an invitation to meet yourself more fully: less armour, more presence, more aliveness. Away from the breathwork room, I’m a dad, a documentary filmmaker and journalist with over 25 years’ experience, and an explorer — of singing, contact improv, theatrical improv, and conscious sexuality. I also love to run, sail, and get out on my mountain bike in the Beskidy mountains. These threads aren’t separate for me. They all point toward the same thing: showing up more fully, in the body, in the moment, in life

What is sexuality to me?

Sexuality is the energy of life, the energy of creation, all creativity. Sexuality is totality, the power of all the elements. The union of two beings in the body, senses, and heart. Sexuality is the exchange of energy, or its transformation, its discharge. It can be an expression of wild nature, or it can be a path to spiritual connection with God. Its flow gives color, pleasure, and insight to life. Sexuality contains the innermost secrets of who we are. When freely expressed, it brings a unique quality to the human experience. Sexuality is a longing for deep connection.

A sexologist, DBT psychotherapist, supervisor, addiction therapist, and couples therapist, she has been on the path of spiritual development for years. She studied tantra with Schahar Caspi, at the House of Tantra, and at ISTA, among others. She has been practicing tantra for 15 years, consistently passionate about working with people. She studied shamanic practices in Japan, deeply impressed by the culture and the gifts of nature, which are an integral part of energy work.

What is sexuality to me?

Sexuality is life force—raw, alive, and moving through me as desire, connection, creativity, and truth.
Sexuality is not just what we do in the bedroom—it shapes how we relate to intimacy, power, boundaries, and emotional expression in every part of our lices. Sexuality holds both light and shadow. It includes our capacity for love, tenderness, and devotion… and also our hunger, our edge, our fantasies, and the parts of us that have been hidden, judged, or silenced. When left unconscious, it can become shaped by shame, repression, or performance. But when brought into awareness-our desire, our truth—held within clear, conscious boundaries, consent and grounded integrity becomes a powerful path of self-discovery, healing, and deeply embodied love and connection.

I am an international facilitator, alchemy (transformation) teacher, Jungian somatic, trauma-informed coach, founder of Conscious Wolf, and the creator and guide of Divine Intimacy Temple and Sacred Power & Polarity Play Temple and 1:1 sessions. I create safe, transformative spaces through 1:1, couples, on-line and in person coaching, Sacred Power Play sessions, workshops, retreats, and the Divine Intimacy Temple. As a leader in the field of sacred embodied intimacy, I create personal individuation and healing journeys that combine Jungian psychology and shadow work with trauma-informed tantra, somatic experiencing, inner child work, emotional release and nervous system regulation, yoga, breathwork, body dearmouring, and conscious BDSM. I am dedicated to helping individuals and couples to bring more awareness, connection, sovereignty, and intimacy into their lives and relationships. With over three decades of professional and spiritual experience—including 15 years as a frontline paramedic responding to thousands of trauma and medical emergencies—I bring depth, presence, and compassion into my work. Besides teaching in Canada, In the last number of years I have taught at the Czech Transformation Festival, the Kraków Tantra Festival, Milknhoney Festival, as well as Wibracje Festival-the largest consciousness festival in Poland. My approach is holistic, non-dual, and transpersonal. I meet each individual, couple and group exactly where they are—with awareness, care and respect. I look forward to meeting you.

A deep conversation, with oneself and with the Other.
When the mind quiets, the body has the space to explore, to feel and to connect.
Moving Eros is freeing the body from the restrictions of the mind and feel what is
alive beyond the personal. Often, what holds us back in our sexuality holds us back
in life. Can we fully allow the pleasure to move? Can we take and receive? Can we
say no before we cross our own boundaries, when we can still redirect and honor
ourselves and the connection?

A wild and conscious woman, certified as a 300h tantra yoga teacher, ISTA graduate,
certified life and period coach and hypnotherapist, space holder at various conscious eros
events, Caroline discovered Tantra as a pathway of personal development, that confronts us
with fundamental questions about life, existence and sexuality.
In her work, she supports people to empowerment, pleasure, and self-discovery. She
pursues, through a holistic awareness in daily life, healing and transformation for a
nourishing and deep pleasurable existence on Earth. With a clear present mind, dedication

What is sexuality to me?

For me, sexuality is a swirl of energy in the body. Being fully present with oneself, respecting boundaries in touch and intimacy, is authenticity and freedom, letting go of mind control, it’s deep, shameless pleasure and feeling everything as it is. It’s allowing oneself to receive and be multi-orgasmic. It awakens in breath, words, sounds, scent, touch, whispers, movement, and authenticity.

The words “making love with life” have resonated with me most in recent years. I am a tantric practitioner and tantric masseuse (in the Tantra Soma™ Academy by Freya Wolna), a mother, a special education teacher, an artist, a woman with a history of trauma, and an OSHO meditation instructor. I run the Gaja Massage Studio in Bielsko-Biała. For me, tantra is a path to healing the body and spirit, hearing and knowing myself, and letting go of what no longer supports me in life. Through breath and touch, I reach out to feel and unblock what is blocked, to my shadows. In the touch of unsuspecting love, I find solace and balance, allowing me to access dormant layers of pleasure, my boundaries, fears, and desires. In addition to tantric massage sessions, I also lead tantra meetings and workshops, women’s circles, and OSHO meditations. I often combine work with the body and emotions with creation in my artistic work, which allows me to have a broader perspective and connect with the outside world.

What is sexuality to me?

It’s the place where my truth stops asking for permission.
when I stop controlling how I’m seen.
It doesn’t arrive politely.
It takes space. It disrupts. It reveals.
I meet it in polarity
in control and surrender
in the moment rope meets skin
and the body has to decide: resist, or trust.
Sexuality is not just desire
It’s the courage to stay present inside it.
To not escape into performance,
roles, or expectations.
It shows me where I close,
where I hold power,
where I give it away
and where I’m ready to be fully met.

Moksha (he/they) is a Warsaw-based rope artist and tantric practitioner with a foundation in Japanese-inspired rope bondage and embodied relational dynamics. Drawing from nearly a decade of exploration in movement, play, and artistic binding, Moksha facilitates workshops, retreats, and private sessions that invite participants into dialogues of form, tension, and presence. Influenced by contemporary BDSM practitioners and neo-tantric lineages, Moksha creates spaces for inquiry and collaborative discovery of liberated expression. What is sexuality to me?

Sexual energy – as I see and feel it, can be a paradise, a heaven for us, providing a sense of happiness and fulfillment if it stems from consent to be fully ourselves, flowing from the heart through all the chakras and energizing the entire body. It stems from closeness and a sense of connection, and above all, from the security and freedom that unite in the passionate dance of lovers. It can also be hell if it arises from shadow, from lack, where it becomes the only possible “anchor point.” When there is emptiness, sadness, and pain in the heart, sexuality becomes a dummy, a substitute. It leads to abuse, self-loathing, and guilt. Sexual energy has the meaning, quality, and color we give it from our place of consciousness, heart, and entire body. Awakening it can heal the most painful wounds, guide us through the darkest spaces, but when it is not recognized, it can lead us deeper down the rabbit hole, further separating us from ourselves and the world. To recognize our light, human experience often requires us to first recognize the shadow.

I am a psychologist, certified psychotherapist and completed a four-year course in psychosomatic therapy within the Core Energetics™ approach, studying with the direct successors of John and Eva Pierrakos. I began my developmental journey over 15 years ago with systemic constellations (certified by the Taunus-Institut für Stilles Familienstellen Berlin) and TRE™ (Tension&Trauma Releasing Exercises by David Barcelli) bodywork techniques, obtaining the TRE Provider™ certification.
For several years, I have been intensively exploring the path of NeoTantra and working with sacred sexuality, drawing from Prem Santoshi, Anne Moir, Shachar Caspi, and Veechi Shahi, along the way learning more and more methods, ecstatic and intuitive dance, various forms of meditation, including various Osho meditations, elemental and tantric massage, and breathwork techniques.
For many years, I specialized in working with male-female relationships as a psychologist and relationship coach (John Grey Mars-Venus Institute, US).
I run my therapeutic practice, healing sexuality and restoring its sacred character in our lives, awakening power through movement, dance, expression and the forces of nature in the flow of the Heart Elements Method.
As the founder of the LaLoba Foundation supporting women and the creator of the “Wings and Tail” initiative, I promote the healthy, conscious power of femininity

What is sexuality to me?

For me, sexuality is living in full presence. It has the potential to heal pain and trauma. It is a force that connects the body with the spiritual, allowing us to experience ourselves with a sense of comfort and harmony. Sexuality is flow—a source of pleasure, change, and transience, as well as a space of authenticity.

I am a Kundalini and Yin yoga teacher, as well as a certified Kundalini energy facilitator. I run my own studio, Mantra Yoga, in Chrzanów. I have been working with energy, healing spaces, and body awareness for years. I am a trained nurse and naturopath. I also conduct pendulum work courses. Raised and taught by a dowser and reik practitioner, I gradually developed my professional path—from working in a hospital and at a university, through naturopathic courses, Chinese medicine, hirudotherapy, and other methods—combining patient work with my natural energy work abilities. Over time, I fully embraced the latter. In my presence, you can feel safe, seen, and cared for—no matter what arises.

For me, sexuality is one of the greatest expressions of my humanity. It’s a journey I experience with fascination, joy, and humility.

I’m a Gestalt psychotherapist (in training) and an enthusiast of diversity – both in my practice and in life. Professionally and personally, I’m fascinated by sexuality (especially non-normative sexuality), bodywork across various modalities, and working with states of expanded consciousness. As a member of the Institute of Love, I educate on sexual and relational diversity. I’ve been practicing kink for five years and am actively pursuing this field. I have experience in many kinky activities, and my favorite practice is shibari, the art of bondage. I love kink for its diversity, the abundance of pleasure and new experiences, and the wonderful people within its community.

We are a pair of facilitators and transformational guides, weaving together tantra, bodywork, spirituality, and the conscious exploration of eroticism — including BDSM dynamics and the art of shibari.

Margo, a tantrika, guide for women on the path of cyclical wisdom, and yoni work practitioner, leads women into the realms of sacred sexuality and kundalini energy, creating spaces of deep connection, power, and authentic expression.

Szymon, an Ayurvedic therapist and yoga teacher with over 20 years of experience, brings grounding, presence, and ritual, guiding also in the areas of conscious touch, boundaries, trust, and the energetic dynamics of power and surrender.

Together, we create transformational events, ceremonies, and practices where intimacy meets awareness, and relationship becomes a path of growth, devotion, and embodied, living magic.

What is sexuality to me?

To me, it’s primarily a primal, pulsating life energy that transcends the physical act and permeates how I breathe, feel, and interact. I believe that when we reject cultural shame and shed our masks, it’s in this space that we can encounter our truest, most vulnerable, yet powerful nature. However, for this element to flow freely and beautifully, it needs to be grounded in conscious frameworks: harmony, mindfulness, and radical tenderness.

A certified Gestalt therapist (EAGT), couples and relationship therapist, practical sexologist, and co-founder of the Krakow-based Institute of Love. She works within a sex-positive framework with an awareness of GSRD (Gender, Sexual, Relational Diversities). She completed the Psychodynamics of Relationships and Body Communication program and completed training at the Dominatrix School in London. She supports individuals with diverse identities, living within both normative and non-normative relationship models, exploring kink/BDSM, and engaging in sex work. She creates shame-free spaces, inviting individuals to explore themselves through unique relationships. Her superpowers are her unwavering curiosity about others, her fascination with diversity, and her joyful experimentation. She leads processes and workshops that allow you to discover how to live and love your way.

What is sexuality to me?

For me, sexuality is more than just sex. It encompasses longing, tension, vulnerability, taboo, and power. It’s a mirror of our personal history and cultural conditioning. But above all, it’s a deep nexus of what’s truly alive within us—and something inextricably linked to our identity. As someone born with a vulva, I’ve dedicated much of my life to acknowledging and loving the body that is me. I love living in a female body. I love my thighs, my hips, the hair on my pussy, the folds, the lumps, the fat—my fleshiness. For me, sexuality is movement, voice, resonance, seduction, bare skin beneath clothing, pleasure that begins from within. It’s also my voice: piss, roar, rapture, ecstasy. It’s my embodied self—rooted since childhood in a deep connection with eroticism, sensuality, and vitality. For me, good sex is when I can be fully myself: an uninhibited, wild, feeling being.

She is a pleasure activist, a lover of the body, and a life-hungry beast. She works as an embodiment coach within the field of somatic sexology. She accompanies individuals in one-to-one processes and facilitates group processes. She believes in the alchemy of the body and the power of vulnerability, supporting others in igniting their inner fire. She is the creator of ROZPALACZKI, a mentoring programme dedicated to an embodied creative path, and leads a cycle focused on Pleasure Activism. She understands pleasure as a practice of freedom and an act of resistance against a culture of exhaustion. In her artistic and educational work, she explores eroticism as a force, engaging with its spiritual and political dimensions. She works from the belief that eroticism is not only about what we do, but about how deeply we are able to feel while acting. In her artistic and educational practice, she arrived at somatic sexology through years of exploring the emotional anatomy and sexuality of the body. She treats the body not merely as a tool of aesthetic expression, but as a living archive of experience — a field of experimentation and transformation. She is particularly drawn to repressed, tabooed, and marginalized forms of knowledge — those connected to sexuality, eroticism, pleasure, shame, and the regulation of arousal. During the pandemic, she created Monstera, a project inspired by the figure of Medusa, culminating in an auto-erotic dialogue with her breasts and A Litany to the Breasts written by Anka Herbut. In 2024, she initiated Warsaw Mermaids, a project invoking multiple mermaid archetypes — from emancipatory figures to seductresses — whose voices pierce through what has been forbidden or silenced. She completed the School of Somatic Sexology in the UK as well as a Body Therapy Training in Sexual Health and Behavioural Anti-Stress Techniques. She also completed ISTA Level 1 and Level 2 trainings. Her background includes certifications and extensive experience in movement- and embodiment-based practices, including Dance Movement Therapy (DMT), Tension Release Exercises (TRE), Sacred Womb Movement, traditional tantra, and yoga (Kundalini Yoga – KRI Certified Teacher, and Vinyasa Yoga – 200 RYT).

What is sexuality to us?

For us, sexuality is a space of encounter. Not just of bodies—but of truth, presence, and heart. It’s a subtle alchemy in which the energy of life transforms into love, joy, and a sense of profound happiness. This is the moment when we stop “doing something” and begin to truly be. Within ourselves. With ourselves. For each other. For us, sexuality isn’t about achieving results. It’s an experience that dissolves tension, rejuvenates from within, and restores the natural flow of life. In this encounter, there’s no room for hiding. There’s a choice to stand in truth—soft and strong at the same time. From a feminine perspective, it’s depth of feeling, openness, and rebirth. From a masculine perspective, it’s courage, awareness, and the integration of strength and subtlety. For LoveJoyHappy, sexuality is a return to a natural state—to being connected. With ourselves. With another person. With life.

Sexuality, for me, is a wonderfully fluid and diverse spectrum of humxn expression, the many ways our bodies come alive. It’s choosing connection over separation, curiosity over assumptions. It’s a heart that forever marvels at all the ways pleasure can ripple through us. It’s a readiness to listen, a tender companionship with whatever arises, moment by moment.

Hi, I’m Nic (he/him), a somatic sexologist and queer trans man who loves queering everything: bodies, pleasure, gender, and the ways we relate to ourselves and one another. For me, that means staying endlessly curious and choosing authenticity beyond binaries of right or wrong. My work is rooted in consent, communication, and choice. Together, we explore what feels meaningful to you while cultivating inner belonging: a homecoming to every part of ourselves; the quirky, soft, dysphoric, tired, brave, and yes, sexy-af.
I work mostly with LGBTQIA+ folx and aim to create spaces where people feel safe, affirmed, and free to explore at their own pace. I’m neurodivergent, sensitive, kink and sex-positive, with a deep love for nature. My time is filled with forest hangouts, being socially awkward, and trying to hold myself tenderly through the joys and struggles of life.
I dream of a world where slowing down, resting, playing, and feeling joy aren’t seen as radical acts, but the norm.

For me, sexuality is about shedding all masks, roles, and expectations… and allowing myself to be. It’s about full expression—loud and quiet, expansive and barely perceptible—and being deeply present in each. Making love is about releasing what I think I know and surrendering to the moment. All of this is generously interwoven with playfulness and fluidity.

What is sexuality to me?

For me, sexuality is… The most powerful creative energy we have access to as humans. It is the source of creation • the portal of life • the gateway between worlds. It is a space of connection • with ourselves, with another person, with God, with the Source. It is a mirror in which we can see ourselves most fully and truly. In this space, everything is revealed: naked truth, desires, boundaries, fears, our most intimate essence. It is a space that calls for liberation… for a loving presence without expectations… for immersion in the depths of feeling • to the very source of life and creation. It is an endless journey of self-discovery, the divine nectar of pleasure • the primordial essence of existence, an open gate to heaven that we carry within us

She is an artist, traveler, doula (birthkeeper), and transformational facilitator. She creates and facilitates spaces of profound encounter with oneself, one’s body, and another. Her work is rooted in authentic expression, the field of love, and trust in the natural intelligence of life. Her approach combines the areas of spirituality, sexuality, tantra, shamanism, and a holistic approach to health and well-being. In her practice, she moves through various modalities: psychosomatics, working with emotions and the subconscious (shadow work), movement, massage, breath, energy, and sound, opening space for feeling, releasing, and returning to the natural flow of life, where pleasure emerges as something primal and obvious, as our essence, which we came here to embody. The spaces she creates are rooted in safety and invite full expression and all our parts, leading to a deeper acceptance of ourselves and the integration of our multidimensional nature. She leads individual and couples sessions, as well as ceremonies, circles, and temple nights, where it becomes possible to safely explore both light and darkness in intimacy, authenticity, and deep connection. Her work is an invitation to return to the body, to the truth, to one’s own essence. To a place where deep freedom, relaxation, and acceptance awaken, as well as the ability to embody the love we are, creating the relationships and world we deeply desire.

What is sexuality to me?

For me, sexuality is a way of expressing myself. It’s a space where I see another person and desire to be seen. It’s also a relationship with my own body, and with myself at the deepest levels. It’s a “place” where I can simultaneously feel completely vulnerable and empowered and fulfilled.

In my practice, I view massaging another person as a journey through a “Sacred Space,” where body and spirit form an inseparable whole. I believe in the healing power of conscious touch and a holistic approach to each encounter. I have acquired my knowledge in schools such as House of Tantra (Great Mother Temple) and Tantra Soma Freya Wolna. I have enriched my experience with Hawaiian Lomi Lomi Nui massage techniques and the Access Bars method. However, I am particularly passionate about tantric massage. I greatly appreciate its healing properties and its holistic understanding of body and spirit. During my workshops, I place great emphasis on ethics, a safe space, feeling, and mindfulness of self and others. Together with all workshop participants, we co-create a beautiful space where the priceless qualities each of us possesses can be revealed, qualities that can sometimes be obscured by rush, stress, and everyday life.

Sexuality, for me, is like my own cogito — a quiet certainty that I truly exist. Not in thought, but in feeling.
In the tremor of intuition, in the truth of the body, in an energy that needs no words.
It is a space where I rediscover myself — not through what I know, but through what I feel.
As if every impulse were proof of existence, and every consent to authenticity an act of becoming.
I feel, therefore I am.

I have been on the path of spiritual development since birth, and I have been on the path of sexual exploration for as long as I can remember.

What is sexuality to me?

For me, sexuality is an encounter with myself in its greatest authenticity—in pleasure, in my physicality, but also in my emotions and difficulties. It’s one of the truest spaces for self-discovery: my body, my feelings, and my spiritual dimension. It’s also an encounter with another human being, to whom I want to bring the same truth, presence, and authenticity.

For eight years, he has been developing his path of conscious sexuality, which began with his participation in a festival in Israel. Since then, he has participated in numerous tantric and self-development workshops and festivals in Poland, both as a participant and assistant. His experience is based on practice, exploration of relationships, the body, and mindfulness. He continually deepens his path, combining it with spiritual reflection and the knowledge gained during his studies in religious studies. He is interested in the integration of corporeality, emotions, and spirituality in an authentic encounter with another person.

What is sexuality to me?

Sexuality is a very important area of my life – a space of freedom, joy, and authentic self-expression. It’s a flow of energy with others, a source of closeness and intense experiences, as well as a sense of agency and a driving force for life.

I’ve been on the path of spiritual development and Sacred Sexuality for almost 10 years. During this time, I’ve gained knowledge and skills from many people: Tatiana Cichocka (my first teacher), Freya Wolna, Shachar Caspi, John Hawken, and Dechen Dorje. I use this experience to work with the body – Lomi Lomi Nui and tantric massages.

What is sexuality to me?

Sexuality, for me, is a meeting of body, awareness, and presence. It is a space where I learn trust, boundaries, and truth about myself. It is not only intensity, but also subtlety, pace, and attunement — to myself and to another person.

I work with language, presence, and human connection. As a translator, I approach communication as a living process — one that requires not only precision, but deep listening, sensitivity, and attunement to what is happening beneath the surface.
My path has been closely connected with embodiment practices and personal development, with a particular interest in relational awareness and the dynamics of human connection. Through my experience with transformative and tantric spaces, I have learned to value presence, consent, and clarity as essential elements of meaningful interaction.
In tantric environments, where communication often extends beyond words into energy, emotion, and subtle cues, I bring both linguistic accuracy and grounded awareness. I support the flow of understanding in a way that respects the depth, nuance, and integrity of the space.
I value authenticity, responsibility, and conscious presence. In this role, I aim to create a bridge — not only between languages, but between people, experiences, and levels of understanding.

Sexuality…

He creates the cocoon space, where he explores the dynamics of power, emotions, and what is usually left in the shadows. He is interested in the conscious exploration of fantasies and how they translate into real-life needs, boundaries, and relationships. He uses the tools of theater and psychodrama, combining work with the body, imagination, and experience. He focuses on creating a mindful, safe atmosphere in which one can explore different roles and better understand oneself.
